Roland and his crew are amazing. They are efficient and highly professional. They communicate throughout the entire process, the projects were done quickly and the quality is spot on. Very reasonable pricing, which is scarce today. Excellent workmanship. So far Roland and his crew have built a new deck, a balcony off the accessory, completely replaced and raised our bulked, new roof on our porch and even came to the rescue when a pipe began leaking through the ceiling. I had a very small project to replace some vent-pipe boots that had corroded after 20 years and were leaking water into the house. Despite being the busy season for roofs, Roland found time to come out, give me an estimate, and replace and repair the issue in short order. He and his team were out within a week after providing an estimate and worked diligently on the job at hand. Communicated well from estimate to completion of the job. They completed the job in a day. Roland came out after his work day today to take a look at a shingle that popped up for us. While up there he saw a cap that was moved and fixed that too. Roland was pleasant and was quick to fix our small issue that was way too high for us to fix. I highly recommend him. See more See less

We needed a upstairs bathroom vented thru the roof. Roland had it done in 45 min. I loved that he took the time to take pictures while he was up there. That way we could see the work that was done. While he was up there he noticed some other damage that another roofer had done. He fixed it immediately. Now no one goes up on our roof but him. We will also contract him to reconstruct a porch. Roland and his boys did an amazing job on our roof. He went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. He cleaned up and left the yard cleaner than when he found it. I’ve gotten multiple quotes for the roof and his was hard to pass. I was a little hesitant going with the lowest price, but after seeing the roof, I could not recommend him more! Roland came over and gave me an estimate to repair my roof and replace the ridge vent. Within a few days he was at my house doing the job. I was not home when he did the work but he texted me pictures of the work while he was doing it , which I thought was great. He also ended up repairing more of the ridge vent than he quoted me and he did not ask for more money than the original quote ( which I thought was very reasonable to begin with ). Roland contacted me after I made a public Facebook post on a local city site about an issue I was having with water in my basement. I was looking for recommendations and a few instantaneously dropped the name of this company. We set up a time for that day for him to come by and take a look to see if he could diagnose the problem. He found it right away and was able to properly fix the separation between my house and the chimney same day at a very reasonable price. Because it was getting dark as he finished he even said he would come back the following week in the daylight hours to fix a couple cracks at the top of the chimney to help prevent any other significant damage. Very happy with all about construction. I was looking for a roofer and he contacted me and said he could come the same day for a free estimate and no obligation! He showed up and spoke to my husband and before no time he was headed to Home Depot to get the material to fix our roof right then and there at like 5:00 pm!
